  • Non-delivery: If no work has been initiated on your project within 30 days of payment and we fail to respond to your communication attempts.

Any such cases will be verified thoroughly before approval of refund.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a service before work has started. Once we begin strategy, research, or execution, the payment becomes non-refundable.
