1. What we collect
When you fill a form on this website, we collect:
- Your name and mobile number
- The service you choose (for example, Website or Ads)
- Which page of our website you filled the form on
- If you came from one of our ads, the ad campaign name in the link (for example
utm_source=facebook)
To stop spam, our server briefly uses your internet (IP) address to limit how many forms can be sent in a short time. We store it only in a scrambled (hashed) form and use it for nothing else.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools on this website, and we don't collect payment details here.
2. Why we use it
- To call you or message you on WhatsApp about the service you asked for
- To send you a quote, a sample design or a sample ad you asked for
- To understand which of our pages and ads bring enquiries, so we can improve them
We will not sell your details or use them for anything unrelated to your enquiry.
3. Who can see it
Your details are stored on our website server (hosted by Hostinger) and seen only by our team.
So that we can reply quickly, a copy of each enquiry is sent to our own team's alert tools — such as email (Gmail), Telegram or a phone notification app. These services only deliver the message to us.
If you tap a WhatsApp button, you leave this website and talk to us on WhatsApp, which follows WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
We may share information if the law requires us to.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are talking to you or working with you, and up to 2 years after that for our records. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
